Honestly, I wanted to love this item. I've tried silicone and they didn't seal well. I had one similar to this that a friend of mine made on his 3D printer. It was perfect but, after a while cracked.
Shower head screwed tightly onto the bottle, but the holes are way too small. The water flow is not great. I think the holes should be slightly larger to allow more of a water stream.
